Our Story

We didn’t set out to build a team. We just wanted to survive this industry without losing our minds — or our phones.

Jack and Lindsay were both solo realtors, juggling clients, listings, negotiations, showings — all of it. And while the work is rewarding, it’s also a lot. You’re constantly “on,”guiding people through some of the biggest moments of their lives. Doing it all alone? It can feel a little... chaotic.

Then came Claire.

What started as a few casual coffees quickly turned into something more. We realized that what we were missing on our own businesses, we could find in each other.

Different strengths. Shared values. And a mutual belief that real estate doesn’t have to be pushy or polished — it can be grounded, human, and even kind of fun.

So we made the leap. Switched brokerages. Made it official.

Blue Mountain Group was born — built on the belief that clients deserve real guidance, a little calm in the chaos, and a team that genuinely has their back.

These days, HQ is set up at Claire’s house (conveniently right next door to Jack’s), and all three of us live in Diamond Valley. We each bring something different to the table — strategy, empathy, spreadsheets, snacks — and that balance is what makes this work better. For us, and for the people we serve.

No, this wasn’t part of some grand plan. But it turns out, it’s exactly where we’re meant to be.

We put people first, not just properties.

We focus on real conversations, thoughtful strategy, and a calm, clear process that meets people where they’re at. No pressure, no ego, and no one-size-fits-all advice. What sets us apart? The mix of our team. We each bring different backgrounds, strengths, and perspectives and that makes us better.

Meet the Team

Claire Rosenau

Claire Roseanau, a woman with shoulder-length dark hair, wearing a blue dress and black shoes, stands against a white wall holding a closed silver MacBook laptop, smiling at the camera with one leg crossed over the other.

Grounded, strategic, and genuinely beloved in the community, Claire brings clarity to the chaos and calm to every curveball.

After a successful career in finance and operations she made the leap into real estate in 2023. Organized to her core and driven by a deep sense of integrity, Claire keeps things moving and makes sure no detail is left behind.

Claire grew up in Cochrane and now lives in Turner Valley with her husband and daughter. She’s a passionate community builder and co-founder of the Diamond Valley Youth Foundation, a non-profit focused on supporting local youth through meanigful grassroots initiatives.

On the team, she’s the one who always has her laptop, her hotspot, and her head in the game. Free time usually revolves around hiking, camping, or planning the next great outdoor escape with friends and family.

Jack Molyneux

Man standing outdoors in winter with snow on the ground, wearing a black puffer vest over a black sweater and a white collared shirt, smiling at the camera.

Jack’s roots in the Foothills run deep. A former student and teacher in the Foothills School Division, he brings a rare perspective shaped by decades of connection, mentorship, and local experience.

He’s the guy who remembers your name, your dog’s name, your grandma’s name—and the shortcut to the best fishing hole in the valley.

Living in Diamond Valley with his wife and their dog, Jack brings warmth, wisdom, and real local knowledge to every conversation. He’s known for popping by just to check in, calling instead of texting, and always showing up when it matters.

A natural community connector, you’ll often spot him walking along the Sheep River, camera in hand, taking it all in.

Lindsay Poitras

A woman standing indoors, smiling, wearing glasses, a white sleeveless top, a black lace skirt, black shoes, and a watch.

Part market-savvy, part emotional support human, Lindsay is who you call when your house is a mess, your nerves are fried, and you need someone to tell you it’s all going to be okay (because it is).

She’s been helping people navigate big life moves since 2021, after founding and growing a successful women’s travel company built on adventure, connection, and community.

Now based in Diamond Valley with her family and three dogs, Lindsay brings a calm confidence to the rollercoaster of real estate.

Her perfect day in the Foothills involves a walk along the river, a fresh cup of tea, and maybe a little birdwatching—she’s kind of obsessed.

She’s not the spreadsheet person (that’s Claire), but she is the one you want in your corner when things get real. Expect laughter, honesty, and someone who will 100% help you move a couch if you need it.

Beyond Our Bios

We don’t usually lead with the trophies — we’d rather let our clients and communities speak for themselves. But just in case you're wondering what kind of team you’re working with… here are a few things we’re quietly proud of.

  • Lindsay was named Top Rookie at CIR Realty in 2022 — a title earned through hard work, great client relationships, and the occasional caffeine-fueled listing sprint.

  • Jack has over a decade of real estate experience and is a consistent top producer. He’s calm in chaos, steady under pressure, and has a serious talent for finding the right fit.

  • Blue Mountain Group was a top producer for KIC Realty in 2024 — proof that putting people first pays off in more ways than one.

  • Our team comes from backgrounds in marketing and entrepreneurship, which means every listing benefits from strategic thinking and a creative edge.

  • We’re proudly local and deeply involved — sponsoring community projects like the Diamond Valley Legion’s new outdoor space, joining parades, growing pumpkins, and showing up for the events that matter.
